How to Copy/ Paste Data in eParinaam

You can copy and paste data from external files to eParinaam worksheets using Copy/ Paste command (Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V), but you must be careful while using Copy/ Paste command-

Copy from External Files-

Use Paste Special>>Paste Values command to copy/paste data from external files.

Copy from "eParinaam to eParinaam" or "eParinaam to External Files"-

By default we have disabled Copy/ Paste from eParinaam Files to External files, However if you want to copy eParinaam Data to any file, follow the steps below-

1. Disable Excel Macros using the command-

Click on Office Button> Excel Options > Trust Center> Trust Center Settings> Macro Settings> Disable All Macros without notifications, and Click on OK button. (All excel files should be closed before running this command)

2. Open Both Excel Files and copy/ paste data from one to another file. (Keep in mind both files should have different name, as 2 files of same name will not be opened at same time)

3. It'll be better if you use Paste Special> Paste Values while copying the data.

4. After doing copy/ paste work, again enable all macros as instructed in instructions.pdf file given to you.

Using Cut (Ctrl+X) Command-

By default the Cut command is disable in eParinaam. However if you have not enabled all the macros in Excel Settings, the Cut command will run and it can damage your file and reflect "#Ref" error in your records. So, keep in mind the Cut/ Pastecommand is not permited in eParinaam files.
